2 Months Out • Meet again with different services and finalize plans • Buy gifts for wedding party and other special people • Write a letter to each other and to each other’s parents (to be given at the end of the rehearsal dinner and as you are leaving)
6 Weeks Out • Mail invitations (reserve one to have mailed to you on the day of the wedding as a keepsake) • Send announcements to papers • Get fittings for wetting attire • Choose readings for ceremony and send to those that are reading • Make a list of all the pictures that you want to be taken (a special one with you and your nephew) along with the standard pictures – be sure to check if there is any extra charge for the special pictures
2 Weeks Out • Have final fitting • Have final meeting with services and location • Get the marriage license • Get or make wedding favors
1 Week Out • Finalize guest list (call any one that has no t responded • Make a list of any questions or concerns that you have so that you do not forget in the hectic days ahead
